For customers, who have signed a service contract with us or a contract of distant monitoring, there is direct access to further databases HelpDesk and databases of maintenance of device. They can record their requires here 24 hours a day. There is available list of not solved requires and list of devices, which they have by us at service repair.

We focus on reliability and fast solution of your requires. Therefore we ask you to understand, that it is important to accept your require to our system. Requires of maintenance are put into the order according to the time of accepting and they are sent to the technicians to be solved. Their solving is ordered according to the priorities!
